THE APPROACH
Drawing on six years’ experience facilitating movement, stillness, and somatic practices, sessions unfold in response to what your body is asking for that day.
With a teaching background in Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, meditation, mindfulness, barre, and the Lotte Berk Method, and with ongoing clinical training in person-centred psychotherapy, Felicity guides each session grounded in intuitive consideration. This is a client-led space, expertly guided.
While each session is different, the overarching intention remains the same: supporting alignment, integration, strength of body and mind, and a deeper connection to your own internal guidance.

THE METHOD
Sessions draw from a range of movement and mindfulness modalities, thoughtfully combined to support strength, mobility and nervous system regulation.
Vinyasa Yoga
Dynamic, breath-led movement to build heat, coordination and embodied awareness. Sequences are tailored to your energy and capacity, supporting fluidity and connection of body, mind and breath.
Yin Yoga
Slower postures held for 3-5 minutes, promoting mobility and flexibility in connective tissue. Yin creates space to shift and release - whether that's physically, emotionally or energetically - encouraging a deeper listening to the body.
Barre & The Lotte Berk Method
Precise, alignment focused strength work - developing tone, structural support and resilience, particularly around the hips, spine and core. The Lotte Berk Method has a particular lens of somatic sensuality - reconnecting women to their power, poise and the rhythm of their own bodies.
Yoga Nidra, Meditation & Mindfulness
Guided practices that support nervous system reset and recalibration. With a particular focus on intentionality, bringing clarity and calm to mind and body.
Rather than following a fixed format, each session is shaped around where you are that day. Movement and stillness are woven together to bring body and mind into greater alignment and integration.
